Unit 10 - Multiplication & Division Pt.3
The emphasis in Unit 10 is on reaching a mastery level of fact fluency in 0, 1, 2, 5, and 10 facts. Students extend their thinking as they begin to solve larger multiplication problems set within real world contexts. They also apply properties of multiplication and represent equivalent and nonequivalent number sentences.
Standards:
- MTH.G3.4.c Demonstrate fluency with multiplication facts of 0, 1, 2, 5, and 10. (PRS 2)
- MTH.G3.4.d Solve single-step practical problems involving multiplication of whole numbers, where one factor is 99 or less and the second factor is 5 or less. (PRS 2)
