Content Emphasis/ Big Ideas

In this unit, students pose questions and then collect, organize, represent, read, analyze, and interpret data to answer their questions. They use various forms of data collection such as counting and tallying, conducting surveys, making observations, and voting. Tables, picture graphs, and object graphs are used to display the collected data.
