Unit 5 Coordinate Planes

Content Emphasis/ Big Ideas

This unit begins with students working with the coordinate plane. Students also learn about congruence of segments, angles and polygons. As this unit continues, students explore graphing polygons on a coordinate plane.

• MTH.G6.8.b Identify the coordinates of a point and graph ordered pairs in a coordinate plane. (PRS 4)
